Firm Introduction 

Bazco was founded in 2021 by Josh Bazinet, an 18-year construction industry veteran with extensive experience managing projects through all stages from schematic to completion. Throughout his career, Josh has managed various types of commercial construction building projects including offices, public work, tenant improvement, affordable housing, and site development. This wide variety of general contractor work has allowed Josh to craft and refine a proven, process-driven approach to projects that yields budget and schedule certainty and overall client satisfaction. 

As an owner’s representative, Josh leverages his deep project knowledge to represent his client’s interests throughout each phase of the project to ensure optimal results. Through the myriad of decisions required from the entitlements phase of the project all the way through completion, Josh is actively involved in coordination of design and construction teams, informing and advising the client of the most cost effective and expeditious path forward.
